Our Kunzea honey comes from Tasmania's east coast, from a single harvest — not blended across seasons. Each jar is what the bees made that year.
Independently tested for purity and quality.
Our matcha is ceremonial-grade from Uji, Kyoto — whole leaf, finely ground, five percent by weight.
Filled, finished and hand-numbered in Sydney, in a licensed honey production facility.
Ingredients & Storage
Australian Kunzea honey (95%), matcha [Camellia sinensis] (5%, Uji, Kyoto, Japan).
Net 150 g. Packed in Australia from at least 95% Australian ingredients.
Store at 18–25°C, out of direct light. Do not refrigerate. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
