A small Australian house of rituals.

tildy makes a few things, carefully, and sends them out while they are at their best.

KUNZEA, ZEA, ZEA HONEY, KUNZEA HONEY, KUNZEA AMBIGUA

IT BEGAN WITH A TREE

tildy is a small house of rituals, made by hand in Sydney. Each begins with the same patience a tree is tended with: cut back, left alone, cut back again.

The first ritual is taken by the spoon. Others will follow, each in its time.

A NUMBER, NOT A CLAIM

Every tildy ritual is made to a measure you can see. The first carries five percent, by weight, of the thing it is named after. Enough to taste, not just to colour.

No seasonal sales. A fair price, held.

Everything is made fresh, in small batches. Each batch is its own harvest: when one is gone, the next follows, sometimes from a new season or a new coast. Every jar is filled and numbered by hand in Sydney.
