FAQs
What is Tildy?
tildy is a small Australian house of rituals, made by hand in Sydney. The first ritual is honey.
What is Kunzea?
Kunzea ambigua is a native shrub of Australia's east coast, among the first to return after fire. The current batch is Kunzea honey from Tasmania's east coast: herbal, softly floral, with a cool, clean finish.
How do I take it?
One small spoonful, stirred into matcha, a latte, warm water or tea. Or stir it through what you already love.
How should I store it?
Each ritual carries its own care on the label. For Ritual Honey: a cool, dry place, out of direct light. Do not refrigerate. Best within three months of opening.
Why has my honey changed colour, or firmed?
Both are natural. Honey firms over time; stand the closed jar in warm, not hot, water to soften it. In Morning Matcha, the green softens as it rests. A quieter green is the leaf keeping time, not a fault.
Is it suitable for babies?
No. Honey should not be given to children under 12 months.
Does it contain allergens?
Every ingredient is listed on the jar. If you have an allergy, please read the label before use, or write to care@tildy.com.au.
Why does each batch differ?
Each batch is its own harvest. Season and source shape the colour and taste, and each is numbered by hand.
Can I buy the same batch again?
Once a batch is complete, it does not return. The ritual does: the next batch follows.
How do I reorder, or keep a standing order?
Reorder anytime from the product page, or keep a standing order every four weeks. You can pause or cancel it from your account.
