Shipping

Each order is packed by hand in Sydney and leaves the studio within 3 business days. Tracking is sent by email once it leaves.

Australia
Standard: 2–6 business days, from $12.
Express: 1–3 business days, from $16.
We're unable to send to Western Australia at present.

International
We send to Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan. Standard delivery usually takes 6–12 business days. Rates are shown at checkout. Any duties or taxes on arrival are paid by the receiver.

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange resending.

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, write to care@tildy.com.au and we'll make it right.
